Hi,
first of all I wanted to study in a foreign country for some time. Since English was my only foreign language on sufficiently good level and I thus could choose either US or Canada (no other exchange programmes), well, it´s Canada of course, Canada is cool :)
Furthermore, I hoped to improve my Frenc. I didn´t expect most Canadians to speak either French or English exclusively - another lesson learned.
Last but not least they had some interesting classes in maths.
Definitely on of the best years in my life.
Germany is well worth a trip. But if you plan to visit the 'must see'-attractions, prepare to be swarmed by Japanese on 'Discover Europe in 5 days'-trips and charged horrendous prices.
Of course :)
It´s HUGE. But since most of the shops were fashion shops, I´m not sure if you really need something like that. We don´t have many malls here in Germany.
Brockville - so you were lucky to be a SexyCanadian by a few miles :P
