Hi ORIKI:) Thank you for being so nice to me and the community. I wish we can all meet in person:) Maybe through web cam? Maybe I can find one for cheep on Ebay. Hugs and kisses
I just got to read your comments on both your message board, and mine, and I wanted to tell you a few things!
1. It's very easy for me to be nice to you people, since you're so nice to me in the first place, so thank you for thinking I'm such a nice guy, but you and the others really are the the nicest people on the internets!
2. I'm glad you actually enjoyed the formal language I used In the message I sent to you, and didn't take me for the complete tool that I am, I was pretty nervous about that, let me tell ya...
The WoE forum is actually the first online community I ever took part in, and I'm learning the ropes about how to express myself in a forum as I go, so some of my posts may seem like I'm writing a letter to someone.
3. I'm happy to learn of your interest in buying a webcam, so we can all see each other, I believe it is a wonderful idea and I will seriously consider purchasing one myself.
4. Thank you for the hugs and kisses, I think i'll go get a bucket of ice for my heart so it won't melt all over the place...
I send you all my love and blessings, (plus a few more cards) and seal them with a kiss.
P.S.
Your the first person I'm telling this, but Oriki is the name my parents used to call me when I was little, (they still do, unfortunately) then all the kids in kindergarten started calling me like that, just to tease me!
I'm still not sure what demon possesed me when I picked that nickname...
I just rememberered reading about your search for a job.
Well, I hope with all my heart that you find a job that best suits you and pays well, and If you already found one, Congratulations, and good luck, I believe in you!
I wish you success In everything you ever set your mind on doing!
Thanks for the good luck:) No job yet but I have a interview on Tuesday so I hope things go smoothly. Oriki is such a cute name:)Why did your parents start calling you that? Thinking of naming my next kitty after you.
But the most important thing I neglected to wish you before, Is for you to remain just the way you are!
From the little I was fortunate enough to learn about you, I know that you possess two qualities which I look for in a person, first and foremost.
These are kindness and honesty, which you were blessed with tons from both, and will open many doors for you, from what I believe.
In short, be yourself tommorow, and not only will you sail smoothly, you will reach the golden harbor at the end!
I'm happy to know you're an animal lover, and I'm honored+humbled, you would consider naming your kitty after me!
Me and my family have a tradition of adapting stray puppies and kittens,
We currently have 2 adult female cats, (Paz and Elizabeth) a Female dog named Brownies, and a male kitten we found while hiking, that my sister named "Rama".
For some reason, most of our pets develop serious mental disorders over the years:
Brownies - Afraid of eating from a bowl, afraid of schnitzels, has a romance with a pillow. (Not going into details here)
Elizabeth - Unlike most cats, follows us around for long hikes, then gets exhausted and has to be carried all the way back.
Paz - A water bowl is not good enough for her, so she jumps near the kitchen sink and waits for someone to turn on the faucet for her.
Oh, and she never goes *MEOW* when she asks for a meal, all you ever hear from her is a *meh* or a *frrreh*.
ungrateful @$*!% Oh who am I kidding, I love her!
I don't think my parents had a special reason to add the "Ki" after "Ori", other than to create a nickname for me.
My name, Ori, means "My light" in Hebrew, just in case you were wondering, though.
Okay, I know you have a big day tomorrow, So I'll end this by saying I KNOW you'll rock this interview like nobody's business and do great in your new job!
